IMPORT PROGRAM

With a sharp drop off in business in 1998 due to imports we decided to look at wood products that were made in China. We originally searched this market more out of curiosity than anything. We wanted to see what all the fuss was about with these imported parts. After contacting many factories in China over many months, we found some that seemed to understand wood turning and the importance of wood moisture content for export. After about 2 years of sampling many types of wood parts and species, constantly improving the quality along the way as well as improving their processes, we began to bring some of these components in for our customers. We are continually finding new factories that can offer additional products and we are also improving the quality and capacities of our current suppliers. New factories that we partner with usually take about 2 years of testing and sampling parts from before we buy any production orders.

With all our factories that we now deal with in China, Russia, Vietnam and throughout Asia, we are able to offer a full spectrum of wood, metal and plastic components as well as fully assembled wood components and advertising specialty products for our customers.

We are also able to improve the quality of parts for customers who had QC issues in China from their previous suppliers. We have the ability to consolidate shipments to improve freight rates and turn around time for customers by incorporating these orders on our containers.
