CUSTOM FINISHING

We can offer spray finish and tumble finishing in our plant in Flushing, Ohio. We can eliminate your worries of lead or other heavy metals being in the finished parts that you buy. We can offer MSDS sheets on all finishes.

We have the ability to finish many small wood parts like jar lids, candle lids, balls, wheels, handles, knobs, dowels and beads. This can be done for an affordable fee. This can save you on your total expenditures due to one stop shopping for your wood parts and finishing all under one roof.

Finishes can be applied by tumble (roll) finishing which is the most economical way to finish or we can offer a spray finish which is a bit more expensive but offers the nicest application to your wood parts.

We can also finish dowels up to about 12” long.

We can offer standard color finishes or custom colors that you specify. We can match colors very closely for you. We can match colors from sample parts, pantone colors, other color codes, paper samples or color chips. We can supply solid colors or stains with sheens to match your requirements.

All our finishes are made in the USA by long time suppliers to our industry.

We also offer finishing by our partner factories in China if requested. We can also provide MSDS sheets on all these finishes. We have provided finishing thru these companies for many years and we have always been very particular with documentation on these finishes. Our ability to match colors is not as good as those that we offer from our facility in Flushing, Ohio.
